#Letter AR

#Letter AR is an AR Augmented Reality sculpture exhibition that is mobile and independent to its location. It takes place worldwide. This Project has developed through the need of making art projects and exhibitions accessible during a time of social distancing.

The #Letter AR exhibition is performed with a smartphone device that has a steady internet connection. With the help of Augmented Reality the audience experiences the real world, which has been digitally augmented. #Letter AR displays forms that represent letters. In this project the focus is on language and the visualization of language.Furthermore, bringing this exhibition into a virtual space will allow the audience to engage with this work in a safe way. Finally this project results in the development of a tool for an audience that is able to modify the existing physical space with a redeveloped language. The visitor shall be able to play around and rediscover a new layer to the space. #Letter AR is funded by the Ministry of Culture and Science of North Rhine-Westphalia
